The marathon is an intense, long-distance athletic competition, and as such it is a high-risk activity. It has relatively high physical requirements of its participants. Otherwise, because a participant’s physical condition and other reasons may lead to physical harm or property damage, participants must take responsibility for themselves.

5. Registration Method

a. The full marathon registration limit is 18,000 people and the half marathon registration limit is 7,000 people.
